Ajjikuttira Saraswathi (Aramanamada), Administrative Officer at the Department of Animal Husbandry on Dhanvanthri Road and a resident of Ramakrishnanagar, passed away this morning at a private Hospital in city owing to brief illness. She was 59. She leaves behind her husband Sunny Chengappa,  two daughters, son-in-law and a host of relatives and friends. Cremation took place at the foot of the Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
