Andhra man goes missing

Mysuru: A man from Andhra Pradesh is missing from Vidyaranyapuram in city. A case has been booked at Vidyaranyapuram Police in this regard.

The missing person has been identified as 55-year-old Sattibabu, a resident of Iskalpet in East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. He had come to the city along with some of his friends and had visited Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashrama and had stayed there for two days.

In his complaint, Sattibabu’s son Naresh has told the Police that his father was missing from June 17. He said that his father was an alcoholic and efforts to trace him at his relatives’ places proved futile. He has not returned from the Mysuru trip, Naresh stated in his complaint.
