Anirudh Desai JVPG All India Men’s Tennis Tournament: City’s Prajwal Dev bows out in semi-finals

Mysuru lad S.D. Prajwal Dev taking part in the Anirudh Desai JVPG All India Ranking Men’s  Rs. 12 lakh Tennis Tournament 2017 conducted by MSLTA on Saturday last, bowed out after losing in the semi-final.

results: Men’s singles: Semi-finals: Manish Suresh Kumar (TN) bt Prajwal Dev (KAR) 3-6, 6-4, 7-5; Quarter-finals: Prajwal Dev bt Vasisht 6-3, 6-3; Pre-quarter-finals: Prajwal bt Anvit Bendre 6-1, 6-2; Ist round: Prajwal Dev bt Suraj R Prabodh 3-6, 7-5, 6-3.

Men’s doubles Semi-finals: Siddarth Rawat/Ankit Chopra bt Manish Suresh Kumar/Prajwal Dev 6-3, 6-4.

Quarter-finals: Manish Suresh Kumar/S.D.Prajwal Dev bt Armman Bhatia/Issac Iqbal 6-3, 6-0.
