The Karnataka State Brahmin Development Board (KSBDB) has invited applications from economically backward Brahmin community members for availing loans/subsidy to take up self-employment. Eligible Brahmin community members can apply through the Board’s website: www.ksbdb.karnataka.gov.in before Aug. 31. The beneficiaries will get a minimum of Rs. 1 lakh and a maximum of Rs. 2 lakh loan to take up dairy farming, cottage industry, small scale industry, hotel business, taxi service etc., For details, visit the office of the District Skill Development Officer, opposite Premier Studio, Hunsur Road of call Ph: 0821- 2970815 or Mob: 98453-11805, according to a press release from the District Skill Development Officer.
