Bengaluru: A day after she was removed as KSTDC (Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation)Chairperson, actress Shruthi was appointed as Chairperson of Karnataka Temperance Board at Bengaluru on Monday.

Shruthi, who was serving as KSTDC Chairperson since Jan. 2020, was suddenly removed from her post on Sunday and was replaced by Mysuru Taluk (Varuna) based Ka.Pu.Siddalingaswamy, a close associate of Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa, who had served as his Personal Assistant when he (BSY) was earlier the CM in 2008.
