Assembly poll: Rowdies warned in Mandya

Mandy: The District Administration is gearing up for a smooth conduct of Assembly election and in that context a rowdy parade was held at all Police Stations in the town yesterday.

In addition to that, Paramilitary personnel took out a flag march through the main thoroughfares of the town and district.

Based on the directions of Election Commission, the Police officers summoned all the rowdy elements and warned them against any attempt to disturb the law and order before and during election. The flag march taken out by Paramilitary personnel in Mandya, Maddur, Malavalli and Srirangapatna created an awareness among people on fearless voting.
