Assistant Commissioner lodges complaint against three persons

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru Assistant Commissioner (AC) K.R. Rakshit has lodged a complaint against three persons at NR Police Station for attempting to snatch the land of a dead person worth lakhs of rupees by forging documents.

The AC has lodged the complaint against M. Eshwaraiah, Ilyas Ahmed and Abubakar, all residents of Rajendranagar.

The AC, in his complaint on Jan. 22, has asked the Police to register criminal case and arrest the accused.

The complaint stated that the land measuring 0.14 guntas in Kesare Survey No. 609, belonged to Kullaiah, who had given the General Power of Attorney (GPA) of the land to M. Eshwaraiah. The GPA holder, in turn, had made a Sale Deed in the name of Ilyas Ahmed and Abubakar.

After getting the Sale Deed done, Ilyas and Abubakar had submitted an application seeking Khata and had also provided documents. While going through the documents, it was found that Eshwaraiah, the GPA holder of Kullaiah’s land, had got the Sale Deed for 0.14 guntas land in Kesare Survey No. 609 done in the name of Ilyas and Abubakar and after going through the GPA documents, it came to be known that Kullaiah had given authority to Eshwaraiah to sell the land.

As there were a few corrections in the Family Tree of Kullaiah, the same was checked online and it came to be known that the Family Tree RD5018882464752 was only related to domicile letter confirmation and the Khata in the name of late Kullaiah with number RR3082 was done around 1930 and the GPA (188/2021-22) in other person’s name was registered on 11.11.21.

The Assistant Commissioner, alleging that the documents were forged to snatch the land of late Kullaiah and Ilyas and Abubakar, had submitted an application to register Khata, has lodged                        the complaint.

Assistant Commissioner Rakshith has stated in his complaint that the two persons have submitted two Family Tree documents, one given by Pandavapura taluk Deputy Tahsildar Pramod L. Patil and the other given by Mysuru taluk Kasaba hobli Deputy Tahsildar K.S. Roopa, which are fake documents and hence cases be registered against the person who had registered in the name of Kullaiah, GPA holder Eshwaraiah and the two persons Ilyas Ahmed and Abubakar, arrest all the three persons and conduct a thorough investigation.

NR Police, who have received the complaint from AC Rakshith, are going through the documents and legal action will be initiated in a day or two.
