Mysore/Mysuru: All pensioners who have accounts in Indian Bank Mysuru and Indian Banks in Taluks have been asked to transfer their accounts to any one of the Government-authorised Banks to withdraw their pensions. 

The pension accounts that are with Indian Bank must be transferred to either State Bank of India, Canara Bank (Syndicate Bank), Union Bank of India (Corporation Bank) or Bank of Baroda.

According to a notification issued by the Joint Director, District Treasury, pension account holders from Indian Bank Mysuru Main Branch, Nanjangud and Udayagiri must submit applications for account transfers to any of the authorised Banks. The applications must be submitted after the July 2020 pension is credited to their accounts, the notification said.
