Attention RTO, Shaktinagar

August 3, 2017

Sir,

A visit to RTO at Shaktinagar indicates that a lot is required to improve the basic facilities at this place frequented by people of all ages. One can find long queues and senior citizens and differently-abled persons too have to stand in general queues.

It is the responsibility of the society to help those who are physically disadvantaged and support them live in dignity.

Similarly, senior citizens who are in their twilight cannot be as strong as others and need preferential treatment. Making them stand in long queues and for long hours is highly deplorable.

Hope, the RTO authorities will provide these two category of people separate counters and make some seating arrangements also.
