Attuning spatial energies

June 26, 2017

Energy keeps changing every minute, the effect of temperature changes, solar energy and magnetic fields have found to be having a strong influence on the human mind and body. Over a period of time its quite common to accumulate things which could contribute towards creating blockages and stagnation not just in your personal life but even affect your career and work. Feng Shui mitigates such obstacles through periodic fine tuning and re-alignment of your space which ensures that any time period based afflictions or man-made blockages are identified during the process of Feng Shui corrections.

Change always works from the inner to the outer and this is fundamental.

Feng Shui is working with the flow of Chi (your energetic life force). Our bodies have currents of energy that flow within. Chi or life force as it is often called is very similar to many of the elements that we use, feel, taste smell and see in every moment of our lives. In fact, it is the energy that gives power to everything around and inside of us.

Feng Shui says that, anything new enters our life only when we create space for it. Only when we re-energise our living space do we have the benefit of new beginnings along with abundance, prosperity and peace.

The personal Feng Shui of an individual also goes through cyclic changes which as per Chinese Zodiac astrology is a combination of the animal sign with the year element which in turn determines the luck of the individual for that year. This is handled through adapting general symbolism in the place of dwelling or work which is supportive to the individual Chinese Zodiac sign and in addition many carry personal protection known as “self cures” to mitigate the onslaught of bad energy and afflictions.

However, if sourcing a personal cure or identifying the right symbolism is a problem aligning few things more accurately in your home can offer great protection and energy balance.

  1. a) Energy must flow unrestricted and freely to have good Chi; if it is blocked or stagnant you may find it hard to get moving and to keep moving. Remove obstructions and clutter from your pathways, hallways, driveway and entry. Keep them open and clear for free flowing Chi (energy).
  2. b) Balance and harmony are fundamentals of Feng Shui walk around and feel the energy of your space — how does it feel to you? If you detect a lack of balance or harmony in a particular area, take note of it and try to realign things.
  3. c) Strengthen the North sector or the area of your home or office, as it is connected to Your Path in Life, or Career. Both Water and Metal element colours are good in this sector and you could even place images connected to the growth of your career and overall, your growth as a human being on this earth.
