Mysuru: Jayapura Police have arrested a goods auto driver who was transporting cattle to a slaughter house and have rescued a cow and four calves.

Following a tip off, the Cops intercepted the goods auto at the cross road proceeding towards Marballi from Udbur and arrested the driver identified as Fayaz Pasha. He was transporting the cattle to the slaughter house at Nachanahalli Palya, according to Jayapura Police, who have registered a case in this regard.
