Avail Yeshasvini Health Scheme

T. Narasipur Town Municipal Council (TMC) has invited applications from beneficiaries of Yeshasvini Health Scheme, who belong to SC and ST community and residing in T. Narasipur TMC limits for availing concession in  hospital bill prescribed under the scheme.

Patients who have undergone surgeries at recognised hospitals under the scheme will be provided a concession of up to Rs. 80,000 from the Government. The last date for the submission of the applications is Feb. 15.  The concession can be availed by submitting the applications along with a copy of verified reports from the doctor, BPL card, hospital bills, caste certificate, income certificate, ration card, Aadhaar card, bank pass book and passport size photos.  Patients who have their surgeries scheduled later may submit the estimated hospital bill copy along with the application, so that the concession amount will be sent directly to the hospitals, according to a press release from T. Narasipur TMC Chief officer.
