Mysore/Mysuru: Twelve-year-old Shashank Keshav Rao has bagged Bronze Medal in Under-13 category at 84th Inter-State Sub-Junior and Cadet National Table Tennis Championship held at Alappuzha in Kerala recently.

Shashank is a 7th standard student of Kautilya Vidyalaya in city. Son of Dr. Suma Rao and Dr. Prashanth Rao couple, who run a Paediatric clinic at Vivekanandanagar, he had trained under Akshay Mahanta of Olympic Maharshi Table Tennis Academy (OMTTA), Vishweshwaranagar.
