Mysore/Mysuru: Five Police personnel are among the 115 Cops in the State who have bagged the Chief Minister’s Medal for their exemplary service.
They are: City Crime Branch (CCB) Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) C.K. Ashwath Narayan, Krishnaraja (KR) Inspector M. Mahadevaswamy, Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP) 5th Battalion ASI T.K. Mohan, District Armed Reserve (DAR) Head Constable M.G. Raghu and N. Mahesh, Constable, serving as a System Administrator, Computer Section at City Police Commissioner’s Office.
Others in the State, who have bagged the medals include K.R. Pet Sub-Inspector B.P. Byatarayagowda, Hassan District Inteligence Assistant Sub-Inspector M.N. Kumar, Head Constables T.P. Manjunath (Virajpet Forest Mobile Squad) and K.A. Siddarth (Gonikoppa Police Station); Constables N. Naveen Kumar (Nagamangala Sub-Division), R. Prabhakar (Besagarahalli Police Station) and H.P. Shivananjappa (Gundlupet Police Station). The medals will be presented to them on the occasion of Police Flag Day on Apr. 2.
