Bahuroopi-2022: Rangayana launches publicity campaign

Official invitation extended to Mayor

Mysore/Mysuru: With three days to go for the annual ‘Bahuroopi’ National Theatre Festival, the city’s theatre repertory Rangayana launched a publicity campaign in city this morning.

A Rangayana team headed by Director Addanda C. Cariappa marched from Rangayana premises on Hunsur Road, accompanied by folk artistes to the Kuvempunagar residence of Mayor Shivakumar, who is the first citizen of Mysuru and extended an official invitation to him.

Speaking after receiving the invitation, the Mayor said that the MCC would extend full co-operation for the mega Theatre Fest and wished the event all success.

Rangayana Deputy Director Nirmala Mathapati and other Rangayana staff were present.
