Mysore/Mysuru: Builders’ Association of India (BAI), Mysuru Centre, had organised a programme on Builders’ Day at a private hotel in city recently.

On the occasion, H.K. Sheshachala was awarded as ‘Builder of the Year 2020’ and late Arun Kumar was awarded as ‘Member Extraordinaire’ posthumously. Veena Kumar, wife of late Arun Kumar, received the award.

Scrolls of honour were read by Past Chairmen of BAI Mysuru Badrinath and M.S. Ramprasad.

P. Ravindra Pai, Managing Director, Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, was the chief guest and introduction was done by Vice-Chairman of BAI Mysuru R. Raghunath.

N. Subramanya, State Secretary, BAI Karnataka, was the guest of honour.

Introduction of Subramanya was done by MC V. Gurudatt.

Members of BAI Mysuru Centre, D. Srihari, D. Sriram and K. Ravi were inducted as Patron members, Sampath was inducted as new member for the Mysuru Centre.

‘Mysore Shilpi’ monthly magazine of BAI Mysuru Centre was released on the occasion. 

P. Puttaswamy, Chairman of MyBuild 20 Virtual Expo, presented promo of the Expo. K.U. Ganapathi, Chairman of BuildTech 2020, spoke about seminar. M. Rathnaraj, Chairman and Nagaraj V. Bairy, Hon. Secretary were present. 

Shwetha Dinesh rendered invocation. V. Gurudatt and Shalini Nagaraj compered the event. Manjula Revaniprasad, ‘Spoorthi’ President and Yashoda Mahadevaswamy, Hon. Secretary of ‘Spoorthi’ were present on the occasion. Balaji, K.L. Gururaj, N. Lokesh, K.N. Ravishankar, Shreyam Kumar and C.S. Srikanth were the hosts. Vinodkumar and K.C. Nanda Kumar were the Co-ordinators.
