Mysore/Mysuru:  The annual Kannada Rajyotsava celebrations and Bhaarateeya Bhaasha Utsav, organised by The Editorial Board in collaboration with NSS, will be held on Nov.25 at IS Seminar Hall of SJCE, JSS Science and Technology University (JSS S&TU) in city.

Renowned singer M.R.  Shree Harsha will be the chief guest. Dr.  A.N. Santhosh Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, JSS S&TU, will preside. Dr. C. Nataraju, Principal (I/C), SJCE, Dr. Vanishri Arun, Staff Coordinator, The Editorial Board and N. Shivaprasad, Coordinator, NSS Unit, JSS S&TU will be present.

 The flag hoisting will be held at SJCE Quadrangle at 10.30 am, followed by the inauguration at 11 am. ‘Vedike’ and Kannada Quiz competitions are scheduled in the second half of the day. ‘Vedike’ showcases special talents such as monologue, comedy, stand-up comedy and mimicry.

‘Rasaprashne’ segment includes questions related to Karnataka and Kannada.
