Mysore/Mysuru: Ganabharathi has organised a Bharatanatyam dance programme by Vidushi Dr. Kripa Phadke and team in memory of late Kumari Gowri Vishwanath on June 30 (Friday) at 6 pm at Veene Seshanna Bhavana in Kuvempunagar. This programme is sponsored by Smt. Ratna Vishwanath family.

Director of Nrityagiri Academy of Performing Arts and Research Centre, Dr. Kripa Phadke is a disciple of Nritya Guru Sri Kamalaksha Aachar and Sri Mularidhara Rao. She has dedicated her life for the service and welfare of the society through her dance school “Nrityagiri” which has celebrated its silver jubilee. She works as Akhila Bharatha Nritya Vidha Pramukh of Samskara Bharathi to spread the glory of Indian culture. She is also the Secretary of Ganabharathi. Dr. Kripa Phadke has got many honours including Bala Vikasa award, Kitturu Chennamma award, Srirangacharlu award, ‘Nritya Nipune’ award and so on. An accomplished artiste, she has performed in many prestigious platforms.
