Bharatanatyam recitals at Ganabharathi  this evening

Mysore/Mysuru: Ganabharathi, Mysuru, has organised Bharatanatyam programmes today (Apr. 21) at 6.15 pm at Veene Seshanna Bavana in Kuvempunagar. Vidushi Samyuktha will perform in the first programme to be held between 6.15 pm and 7.15 pm.

Trained in Bharatanatyam for 12 years from Guru Sathyanarayanaraju, she has passed the dance examination conducted by Government of Karnataka in the year 2017 with distinction. She gave her Rangapravesha   in the year 2019.

The second programme from 7.15 pm onwards will be by Vidu. Vaarija Nalagi, known for pandanallur style in Bharathanatya. She is trained by well- known guru Vidushi Dr. Vasundara Doreswamy. She did her Rangapravesha in 1987. She has been recognised by Huballi Natyanjali Shale with “GIRU RAVIDATAR” award, according to a press release from C.G.
