BJP to stage Statewide protest against Congress on Feb. 27 and 28

February 26, 2022

Bengaluru: Accusing the Congress Party of wasting the Legislature Session and playing petty politics over non-issues, the ruling BJP will stage a Statewide protest against the Opposition Party on Feb. 27 and 28.  Announcing this at a press meet here on Thursday, State BJP General Secretary N. Ravikumar said that the BJP will stage a massive demonstration on  both days against the Congress for its anti-people, pro-naxal, pro-separatists stance and other such policies which are against the interests of the nation.

Charging the Congress of wasting precious time of the Legislature Session by resorting to day-night dharna, instead of discussing issues that are bothering the State, Ravikumar wondered why Congress leaders could not find time to visit slain Hindu activist Harsha’s residence at Shivamogga. He also accused the Congress of toeing anti-Hindu line by celebrating Tipu Jayanti, while forgetting Hindu leaders such as Savarkar and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
