A drain at Kashipathi Agrahara in K.R. Mohalla is blocked with plants and grass grown in it and is emanating foul smell which is causing a lot of problems to the residents. Also, mosquitoes have increased as the stagnant water has become a perfect place for mosquitoes to breed. The residents have urged the authorities concerned to get the drain cleaned at the earliest.
