Director of the Department of Public Libraries, Dr. Satishkumar Hosamani will release ‘Chaupadiya Shishira,’ a collection of limericks written by retired Engineer K.S. Simha and brought out by the city’s Vaidyavartha Prakashana, at a programme to take place at the Institution of Engineers-India (IEI) on JLB Road here at 5 pm on Feb. 25.
