Mysuru: Science writer S. Ramprasad’s book titled ‘Sneha Sanjeevini’ will be released at a programme jointly organised by Talukina Venkannaiah Smaraka Granthamaale and Kannada Sahitya Kalakoota, marking the writer’s 78th birthday at Sri Raghavendra Aradhana Mandira in Krishnamurthypuram at 10.30 am tomorrow (Aug.25).

Dr. M.R. Ravi, Commissioner, Department of Handloom and Textiles, will inaugurate. Actor Suchendra Prasad will release the book while Scholar Dr. Kabbinale Vasanth Bharadwaj will speak on the book. Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies Director Dr. N.M. Talwar will be the chief guest. Yeshaswini Hegde will recite a poem on Ramprasad. T.S. Chayapathy and Prathibha Murali of Talukina Venkannaiah Smaraka Granthamaale and Kalakoota President M. Chandrashekar will be present. Veteran writer B.R. Lakshman Rao will preside.
