A book on Training & Coaching skills, compiled by Dr. H.V. Nataraj, (Retd. NIS, SAI) and published by Vijayalakshmi Prakashana was released by Prof. Seshanna, Former, Principal, UCPE, Mysuru at a function organised at the University Lions Hall here yesterday.

J.H. Mahadevappa, former Kho-Kho player and coach, Dr.C.Krishna, Dr. P. Krishniah and Sanjay, former Mysore University Kho-Kho player and now publisher were present on the occasion. Prof. Seshanna, Dr. C. Krishna, Dr. P. Krishniah and H.V. Nataraj were felicitated on the occasion. The book is a collection of articles on training and coaching skills, sports education, physical conditioning, weight-training, strength-training, Role of speed in kho-kho, skill drills, kabaddi-game analysis and other related articles on sports.
