Mysuru: Vijay Foundation had organised a programme at Rotary Hall on JLB Road here recently for the release of the books ‘Light on Vedanta’ written by Avinash Lingam on Swami Dayananda Saraswati and ‘Sindhu Darshana’ written by columnist Dr. V. Ranganath.

Speaking after releasing books,  Sri Swami Chidrupananda Saraswathi of Arsha Vidya Kendra opined that the two books are unique, one going into the brief life history of Swami Dayananda Saraswati and the other on River Sindhu which is literally an ocean of Vedanta. He contended that River Sindhu is considered very holy and the book is a best guide to know the history behind the river and advised people to have an aptitude for travel and learning about places.
