Mysuru: The Information Department has invited applications from accredited scribes of District-level and regional newspapers listed by the Department, for distribution of bus pass. The applicants must be serving a newspaper as a full-time reporter for at least two years.

Three reporters and one photographer recommended by the Editor of a regional newspaper having six or more pages and five reporters and one photographer recommended by the Editor of a regional newspaper having eight or more pages are eligible to apply.

The Editor or a Reporter recommended by the Editor of a District-level newspaper having two pages or a reporter and a photographer of a District-level newspaper having four pages are eligible to apply.

Also, Editor of Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly magazines registered with the Information Department, will be issued passes.

The interested scribes can fill the prescribed application forms and submit the same to the Deputy Director of Information and Public Relations Department, Varthabhavan, Dhanvantri Road, Mysuru-01, before Dec.23.
