Calling Maratha community members to avail loans

Mysore/Mysuru: Karnataka Maratha Communities Development Corporation has invited applications from Category  3B – 2A to 2F (barring Maratha, Semi Kshatriya, Semi Maratha, Arya, Kokana Maratha, Kshatriya Maratha) for availing loans and subsidies under various  Government Schemes for the year 2022-23.

Sri Shahaji Raje Development Scheme (Self-Employment Scheme): Under this scheme, in the unit cost of Rs. 50,000, 20 percent of the amount, that is Rs. 10,000, will be provided as subsidy while for remaining Rs. 40,000, 4 percent interest must be paid.

In the unit cost of Rs. 50,001 to Rs. 1,00,000, 20 percent of the amount, that is Rs. 20,000, will be provided as subsidy while for remaining Rs. 80,000,  4 percent interest must be paid.

In the unit cost of Rs. 1,00,001 to Rs. 2,00,000, 15 percent of the amount, that is Rs. 30,000, will be provided as subsidy while for remaining amount, 4 percent interest must be paid.

Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Scheme: Under this free skill development training for all the community members is offered at Government institutions like ITIs, GTTC and KGTTI through short-term courses.

Candidates aged between 18 and 25 years are eligible to apply. The annual income of the family of candidates must not exceed more than Rs. 8,00,000.
