Excise duty on petrol, diesel cut

Mysuru: Petrol and Diesel became cheaper by Rs.2 a litre across the country as the Government decided to reduce the basic Excise Duty on the two fuels from Tuesday midnight. Accordingly, the price of petrol stands at Rs. 69.15 a litre and that of Diesel at Rs.56.70 a litre in city.
