Cattle lifters steal three cows in V.V. Mohalla

June 1, 2018

Mysuru:  Cattle lifters have stolen three cows which were tied outside the house in V.V. Mohalla on May 24 night or in the wee hours of May 25.

The cows belonged to Chandra, a resident of Valmiki Road 3rd cross in V.V. Mohalla.

Chandra, on May 24 at about 10 pm, tied his cows to the iron grill of the compound of his neighbour Srinivasamurthy and retired for the day. When he woke up at about 3 am the next day and saw outside, he found the cows missing. Thinking that someone may have untied the cows, Chandra launched a search in the surroundings but in vain and later lodged a complaint at V.V. Puram Police Station in this regard.

V.V. Puram Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
