Every month when we pay electricity bill online transaction doesn’t get completed properly and we have to wait for 3 days for it to reflect (completed) in the system.
This has been happening for many months now and above this the debit card which is used for this CESC transactions doesn’t work for other transactions after we use for CESC bill payment (otherwise the debit card before this payment works well on other sites like Amazon etc.). Hence, CESC may provide an email address in their website where our complaints can be sent.
I also request the authorities to change the payment gateway to reputed service providers instead of the present service provider.
