CET-2021 postponed

Bengaluru: Days after the postponement of second PU exams due to the spread of the deadly COVID-19 contagion, the Government on Wednesday postponed the Common Entrance Test (CET-2021) for admission to Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Architecture, Agriculture  and other professional courses (barring Medical and Dental courses) in Karnataka.  CET will now be held from Aug.28 to 30. 

It was earlier scheduled to take place from July 7 to 9.

As per the revised CET-2021 time-table, Biology exam will be conducted in the morning session (10.30 am) and Mathematics in the afternoon session (2.30 pm) on Aug.28. Physics exam will be held in the morning session and Chemistry in the afternoon session on Aug.29. 

The Kannada exam for non- Kannadiga students will take place in the morning of Aug.30.
