CET begins in city peacefully

Mysuru: The Common Entrance Test (CET) began in all the 22 centres in the city amidst tight security, here this morning. The Biology test began at 10.20 am and ended at 11.50 am. In the afternoon Mathematics was held between 2.20 pm and 3.50 pm and the tests went off peacefully without any untoward incidents.

In all 10,972 students who have registered for CET, are writing the tests and since Mysuru is the Centre for the entire district, students from other parts of the district have come to the city to write the two-day tests.
