Chaturmasya: Pejawar Mutt Junior Pontiff delivers discourse on Lord Krishna

Mysuru: “Along with protecting the cows, Govardana should also be worshipped suggested Pejawar Mutt Junior Pontiff Sri Vishwaprasanna Sripada Swamiji.

He was delivering a discourse at the Chaturmasya programme at Krishnadhama in Saraswathipuram here on Saturday evening.

The Swamiji said that Lord Krishna will be present wherever cows are protected and reared. He further said that politeness and humility are essential for a good human behaviour and added that egoism should be totally absent. He contended that a cow which gives milk to further give a range of products should be worshipped.

Earlier, Sharavani and troupe from Bengaluru presented ‘Nrithyanjali,’ a Bharatanatyam programme. Chaturmasya Management Committee Chairman R. Vasudev Bhat, former MLC G. Madhusudan and others were present.
