Cheque bounce: Non-bailable  warrant against Snehamayi Krishna

October 2, 2024

Mysuru: A Mysuru Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against social activist Snehamayi Krishna, the complainant in the alleged MUDA land scam, for failing to appear in a cheque bounce case.

The warrant has been issued by the Third Additional Civil and JMFC in the cheque bounce case filed against him on June 30, 2015 by one Kumar.

Snehamayi Krishna was unable to attend the Court yesterday as he had to appear before the Mysuru Lokayukta Police following a notice issued to him by the investigation officers probing the MUDA site allotment case against CM Siddaramaiah and others.

“I missed the appearance due to a scheduling conflict and will attend the Court during the next hearing,” Krishna told reporters.
