City lass for Yoga Championship at South Korea

Amulya Narayan, an 8th standard student of Christ Public School, Bogadi, in city has been selected for the Asian Federation Yoga Championship to be held at South Korea from Sept. 5 to 8.

Daughter of Narayan and Asha Narayan, residents of Dattagalli here, Amulya has won various medals in the District-level, State-level, National-level, International and Open-International level.

She has also bagged various awards such as Kala Praveene, Balashree-2017 and has been honoured by Kannada Sahitya Parishat among other organisations for her achievements in Yoga.

Amulya, who is undergoing Yoga training under Rudresh since 2015, is also undergoing training in Gymnastics for which Rahul is her coach.
