City’s Apollo BGS Hospitals celebrates silver jubilee

Mysuru: Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru, yesterday celebrated its Silver Jubilee, commemorating 25 years of excellence in healthcare, compassion, and clinical innovation reflecting the hospital’s unwavering commitment of delivering world-class medical care and serving the community with dedication since its inception in 2001.

The celebrations commenced with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony by Adichunchanagiri Maha Samasthana Shakha Mutt Seer Sri Someshwaranatha Swamiji, Seer along with Senior Vice President – Rest of Karnataka of Apollo Hospitals N.G. Bharateesha Reddy, Chief Cardiologist & Head of Apollo Heart Institutes Dr. Arun Srinivas, Chief Neurologist & Head of Apollo Institutes of Neurosciences Dr. Somanath Vasudev, Consultant – Obstetrics, Gynaecology & Gynaecological Robotic Surgery Dr. L.V. Vanitha and Senior Consultant – Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Apollo BGS Hospitals Dr. Sowbhagyalaxmi.

Welcoming the gathering, Bharateesha Reddy reflected on Apollo Hospitals’ 25-year journey and its contribution towards delivering advanced, patient-centric healthcare services to the people of Mysuru and neighbouring districts.

Senior Consultant – General Medicine at Apollo BGS Hospitals Dr. K. Javeed Nayeem, shared the Hospital’s milestones, clinical achievements and vision for the future while acknowledging the dedication of doctors, nurses, and support staff who have been instrumental in the Hospital’s growth.

Addressing the gathering, Sri Someshwaranatha Swamiji, congratulated Apollo BGS Hospitals on completing 25 successful years. He appreciated the institution’s commitment to compassionate patient care, clinical excellence and adoption of advanced medical technologies, while applauding its contribution towards improving community health across the region.
