Claims of question paper leak false: ADGP

January 18, 2019

Mysuru: The rumours of question paper leakage regarding the written examination for recruitment of 190 posts of Police Sub Inspector (Civil), is far from truth, said Additional Director General of Police, Recruitment, Raghavendra Auradkar.

In a statement, he said that the Police Department had conducted the exam on Jan.13 at Bengaluru, Mysuru, Davanagere, Belagavi and Kalaburagi.

However, certain sections of the media had reported that the question paper had been leaked.

City Crime Branch (CCB) Bengaluru has arrested few anti-social elements indulging in cheating the aspirants and giving false promise of supplying question paper. But no leakage of question paper has taken place. Hence, the candidates should not give importance to such rumours, said Auradkar.
