Bengaluru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah visited  ailing Chamarajanagar BJP MP V. Sreenivasa Prasad at Manipal Hospital on  Airport road here on Saturday and enquired about his health.

Siddaramaiah spoke to the family members of Prasad, who is undergoing treatment at the Hospital’s ICU and enquired about the health condition of Prasad.

Meanwhile the Hospital chief Dr. Sudarshan Ballal said that Prasad is being treated at the Hospital’s ICU for the past few days.

Pointing out that Prasad had been undergoing regular health check-ups in the Hospital for the past two years, he said that he was admitted to the Hospital on Apr. 22 after he suffered swelling in his legs and difficulty in breathing. He was immediately put in the ICU for treatment. Prasad has been responding to the treatment and his health condition has improved since last night, he said adding that the MP responded to his family members last evening.
