CM to present budget on Mar. 4

KPSC interview marks cut

In the wake of widespread  complaints that the interview which follows the written exam, has often paved the way for rampant corruption in Government appointments made by the KPSC (Karnataka Public Service Commission), the Cabinet  decided to cut down the interview marks to 25 from the current  50 in Gazetted probationers (Group A and B) recruitment.

Only last year, the Government had cut-down the personality test marks from 200 to just 50 and also limited the main written exam marks  for Gazetted probationer appointments to 1,250.
