Mysuru: A student fell unconscious and died in the college premises in city on June 18. 

The deceased student is Y.K. Madesh (17), a resident of Yaraganahalli village in Maddur taluk of Mandya district, who was pursuing his II PUC at a private college in city. 

Devaraja Police informed that the student collapsed and fell unconscious in the college on Thursday afternoon. His classmates and lecturers rushed him to the nearby hospital, where the doctors who examined him confirmed him dead. 

Madesh had a hole in his heart and was under treatment. His parents said that they have all the medical records in this connection. After autopsy, the cause of death was confirmed due to cardiac issues. Devaraja Police have registered a case.
