Mysuru: Congress Office Buildings Committee, Mysuru Division Head Kimmane Ratnakar held a meeting of the Committee at Congress Bhavan in city recently.

Ratnakar, who is also a former Minister, said that the Congress aims to have own buildings in all 224 Assembly segments of the State as it helps in better redressal of public grievances.

Calling upon party Legislators and leaders to pay attention to the matter, he said having an own building for the party in each of the segment, will be of huge help in the party organisation.

MLA K. Harishgowda, in his address, said that the Congress party has an own building in Chamaraja Constituency which he represents. He said that another building can be built provided space is made available.

Chamundeshwari, N.R. and K.R. Block Congress Presidents stressed on the need for having an own building for their respective Assembly segments.

Former Nanjangud MLA Kalale Keshavamurthy said that a site has been reserved for construction of party building at Nanjangud. He sought the help of the party for the construction of the building there this year itself.
