Court sets aside termination of Sports Club Membership of a member

Mysore/Mysuru: The Honourable 1st Additional Senior Civil Judge, Mysuru, in O.S. No: 265/2021 has set aside the termination order vide Notice dated 28.02.2020 of Mr. Thirumala Babu’s membership by Sri Kanteerava Narasimharaja Sports Club, Mysore (Mysore Sports Club), according to S. Arunkumar, advocate.

The Court perused IA No.1 filed U/O XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of C.P.C seeking ad-interim ex-parte order of temporary injunction directing the Defendant Club to confirm plaintiffs Membership No. T 015 by revoking the termination notice pending disposal of the suit.

After hearing on IA No.1 and on perusal of documents, it is opined that the plaintiff has made out the prima facie case, and thereby Court proceeded to pass the order, says a press note from S. Arunkumar, Advocate, Pragabi Law Associates, Mysuru.
