COVID-19 test: No social distance at District Hospital

April 28, 2021

Sir,

I happened to visit the District COVID Hospital for RT-PCR test recently and was shocked to see there was no social distancing by the people. Even the Police on duty seemed to have thrown safety rules to the winds.

I requested them to maintain the crowd but they were not interested. My family being primary contact of a Covid patient, we did not want to be in such a crowded place. Fearing we might get infected, we just returned home. Will the DC look into this and take suitable action?
