COVID lockdown violations: 249 vehicles seized yesterday

Mysore/Mysuru: Continuing their drive against those moving around in their vehicles during lockdown hours, the Mysuru City Police (Traffic and Civil) have seized a total of 249 vehicles yesterday across the city.

During the checking drive yesterday, the Cops have seized 243 two-wheelers and six cars, after the owners of these vehicles were found moving around unnecessarily.

City Police Commissioner Dr. Chandragupta has urged the public to join hands with the Police in their fight to prevent the spread of the virus by following the lockdown guidelines compulsorily.
