D. Madegowda joins BJP

Bengaluru: Former MLC D. Madegowda, a follower of former Chief Minister S.M. Krishna, who had quit the Congress Party after S.M. Krishna had quit the Congress Party, has joined the BJP at the BJP office in Bengaluru on Saturday.

He was welcomed to the BJP by BJP State President B.S. Yeddyurappa, leaders R. Ashoka, V. Somanna and others. Madegowda had quit the Congress party in January.  

Madegowda had served as the Chairman of the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA).

    He is a man who actually did lot of things for the people of Mysore while he was MUDA Chairman and infact he is also called as Mane Madegowda. He is a nice man and a good move. But many people have worked for BJP for more than 35 to 40 years and those people should be equally respected not neglected.
