Mysore/Mysuru: Marking Dasara festival, the Kannada Book Authority, in association with Kannada and Culture Department and Mysuru Dasara Festival Committee, will be conducting a 9-day Dasara Kannada Book Fair at the Oval Grounds close to the Old DC Office, from Oct.15 to 23. The Book Fair will have 60 stalls. 

Kannada Book publishers and sellers can participate by putting up a stall. The interested book publishers and sellers have to present a DD for Rs.1,000 drawn  in favour of the Administrative Officer, Kannada Book Authority, Bengaluru. The prescribed application forms can be had from the Kannada Book Authority, Kannada Bhavan, J.C. Road, Bengaluru or from the Office of Kannada and Culture Department in all  district headquarters.

The application forms can also be downloaded for free from the website: https://kpp.karnataka.gov.in. The application forms, along with the DD, must reach the Kannada Book Authority, Bengaluru, before 5 pm on Oct. 12 either by post or through e-mail: [email protected].
