Delay in Pandavapura Station due to loop-line

September 28, 2017

Sir,

Post-doubling, the design of Pandavapura Station seems to have gone wrong. All the Bengaluru-bound trains have to enter the loop-line as the main line does not have a platform.

All the Express and Passenger trains have to enter this loop-line which results in significant delay. Prior to doubling, 5 years back, Express trains used to reach Mandya in 50 minutes, now it takes 1 hour. Main line should get a platform in Pandavapura.
