Depressed youth ends life

Mysore/Mysuru: A 24-year-old youth, who was said to be mentally depressed, reportedly ended his life by hanging self at his house in T.K. Layout yesterday morning. The deceased is Bhargava, who was working at a mobile phone shop.

Following COVID induced lockdown, he was jobless and was staying at home. Depressed over this, he committed suicide yesterday morning, when his was alone in the house, according to Police. Saraswathipuram Police have registered a case.

Unidentified body found

Mysuru Rural Police have found a body of an unidentified man at the empty market in Sharadadevi Nagar here on Tuesday.

The deceased is aged between 35 and 40 years and no other information about him is available. A case has been registered at Saraswathipuram Police Station.
