This is the pathetic state of the cross road leading to 5th Main Park in Vidyaranyapuram where menace of stray dogs, cows roaming amidst plastic waste and food waste and public using dilapidated buildings as public urinals, allege the residents who have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to solve the problems at the earliest.
