Engineering student displays honesty

An honest engineering student has handed over a 20 gm gold bracelet worth Rs. 50,000, which she found lying in a KSRTC bus, to the supervisors at the bus stand here yesterday.

M.A. Meghana, a student of PES College of Engineering, Mandya, was said to have boarded a KSRTC bus to go to college and found the bracelet lying near the seat. She immediately got down from the bus and handed over the bracelet to KSRTC Supervisor Nagaraj and Shivappa.

Praising the honesty of Meghana, Nagaraj said that the bracelet would be handed over to the Depot Manager for further action.
